Bill Steeves

Bill is a 4th generation commercial roofer, starting his career with Local 11 in Chicago in June of 1972. He worked his way up from a Level 6 apprentice to journeyman and foreman. Moving west in 1982, he worked as a foreman for a Fort Collins company and within one year was promoted to superintendent. From there he graduated to the office, working for years as an estimator/project manager in all phases of flat and sloped roofing. Bill has also worked for two separate roofing supply firms, rounding out his exposure to the full spectrum of materials, products, applications and different industry manufacturers.

He has been the owner/operator of two different roofing contracting firms spanning over 15 years. With a robust knowledge of just about every type of roofing system, he shares his experience and knowledge with his associates and customers with an emphasis on training and education.

Outside of work, Bill lives on and operates a small farm with the love of his life, Karrol. He has two sons, both of whom work with him at Roof Restoration.

Joshua Lear

Joshua is a consultative sales and project management professional who is an expert in the field of commercial roofing. He consistently exceeds customer and company objectives by providing stellar customer service, thoughtful and thorough guidance, fair and transparent pricing and proposals, and an overall commitment to excellence. He is recognized by executives, colleagues, suppliers and clients as a creative and trusted advocate who consistently exceeds expectations.

Prior to Roof Restoration, Joshua was a Senior Sales and Project Manager at WeatherSure Systems, Inc., located in Denver, Colorado. Over the course of his 15 years there, he was a top sales performer and estimator, who consistently eclipsed his sales and margin objectives while surpassing his customers’ expectations. Prior to WeatherSure Systems, he served as a Rehabilitation Specialist for AAA Medical Systems where he evaluated individual customer requirements, recommended appropriate adaptive wheelchair equipment, performed onsite modifications, and established close working relationships with third-party suppliers, including manufacturers, physicians and physical therapists. Before that, he held sales positions at EMS and Jagged Edge MTN Gear and served as a Telluride Ski School instructor. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in film & television at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Joshua is an East Coast native now living life in Denver, Colorado, where he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, surfing, traveling the world and living a fun social life with his wife, Laura, and his Bernese mountain dog, Beso.

Mike Garcia

Mike has been in the roofing business for over 30 years. He started as roofing journeyman, then quickly moved to foreman and on to superintendent. He has experience working with BUR, Single-Ply roofing systems: Riber Tite, Firestone, Carlisle, and Geneflex, Johns Manville, Versico, Hydrotech, Plaza Paver systems and Sarnafil.

He has the ability to supervise and motivate work crews, and he maintains a good working relationship with clients and coworkers. He is licensed in several capacities including International Code Council F-14, Roofing contractor/subcontractor, OSHA and Rigging and Signal Person certified, to name a few.

He is a native to Colorado and enjoys everything the state has to offer, such as fishing, camping and being outdoors. He also loves spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Ricky Lloyd

Ricky has a background in accounting and marketing with degrees in both fields from Utah State University. He started his commercial roofing career in 2010 when he was hired to do estimates and sales. His role quickly expanded to service supervisor and project manager. He has successfully managed crews while keeping his projects on budget and on time. He enjoys building strong relationships with his clients, meeting their individual property needs, and always being available to them.

He grew up in West Yellowstone, Montana right next to Yellowstone National Park. He has been married for 17 years and has 4 children. He loves sports, camping in his travel trailer with his family, and exploring new places. He is also involved with Westernaires instructing, caring for the horses and watching his daughters ride. He has a strong connection with his family and is involved in his community.

Rose Guzman

Rose brings over 10 years of experience as an Office Manager to her position with Roof Restoration. Rose maintains HR policies, accounts payable and accounts receivable while assisting in the development of company policies and procedures. Her colleagues consider integrity as her strong suit. Every day she strives to keep the company cohesive. These characteristics have set a standard, and Rose’s proficiency, attention to detail and charisma make her a valuable asset in the company’s day-to-day operations.

Originally from a small town in New Mexico, passion and destiny provided Rose the path to relocate to Colorado in 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter. The two share an unbreakable bond and she is involved heavily in her daughter’s school, sports and various other extracurricular activities. They love to explore all that Colorado offers and spend time with friends.
